Home visits can save you valuable time which can be used to concentrate on your own fitness and well-being.


Personal training programmes should be unique to you. DTphysiotherapy can develop a training programme to meet your needs and aims based on your current fitness and sporting objectives. 


I use a combination of evidence based sport science, my background as a physiotherapist together with experience gained from my own training to help me develop effective personal training programmes.
